 * Experience overseeing technical direction in a team setting
 * Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns

 * Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with a proactive mindset
 * Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills for junior team members

## Description

* Architect, build, and deploy applied AI solutions for enterprise workflows
 * Translate customer workflows into impactful product features
 * Design orchestration systems for agent management and business logic execution
 * Apply AI retrieval architectures to surface relevant enterprise knowledge
 * Write unit tests and validate software against acceptance criteria
 * Lead code reviews and communicate changes effectively
 * Participate in Agile practices and contribute to team's sprint commitments
