The Staff Product Manager is expected to create clarity in ambiguous environments, simplify complex dependencies, and drive product outcomes across a major area of cloud engineering work., * 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise environments, including leading product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for complex enterprise products or platforms. * 5+ years of experience in cloud, platform, infrastructure, developer platform, or related product domains. * 3+ years of experience working across multi-cloud and hybrid environments, including cloud platforms and tooling such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, or related automation practices. * 3+ years of experience with infrastructure automation * 3+ years of experience partnering across engineering, architecture, and platform stakeholders in highly matrixed environments. * 3+ years of experience working in an agile framework and using tools such as: Jira, Rally, or AHA . Preferred Qualifications * Experience with self-service platform products, internal developer platforms, or infrastructure provisioning and workflow automation capabilities. * Experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations)., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. * Master's degree or MBA preferred. * Relevant cloud or product certifications preferred. ## Description We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to support the internal cloud infrastructure processes and lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of products that shape how internal users order and consume infrastructure through automated, self-service platform experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure operations.
