Master's degree preferred. * 3-5 years' experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. * Supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. * Experience working with a transitions program preferred * Experience in job development or coaching is strongly preferred. * Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record. * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems/CRMs, with strong data analysis capabilities. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, and stoop. * Ability to demonstrate retail and janitorial tasks including sorting, barbing, hanging, tagging, stocking, and lifting items. * Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more with or without assistance. * Frequent walking in training environments. * Ability to operate a computer. ## Description JOB SUMMARY: The Transitions Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of Goodwill Central Oklahoma's Transitions Program, a two-year employment and life-skills training program designed for young adults ages 18-24 with intellectual disabilities. This role ensures high-quality delivery of life-skills instruction, employment readiness training, and paid work-based learning experiences. The Transitions Program Manager will serve as trainer, job coach, and case manager as needed while also supervising program staff, engaging families and community partners, and ensuring participants achieve strong program outcomes.
