Hands-on experience with new product introduction (NPI) & GMP and new process development from SCRUM perspective. * Bachelor's degree in a related technical or engineering field. * Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. * Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, JAMA) * Experience managing Multiple teams. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
