 * Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365

 * Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking

## Description

We're seeking a customer-focused Level I Technical Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for our customers and employees. In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, phones, and other technology-related issues for both onsite and remote users.

Key Responsibilities

 * Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, phones, and network connectivity issues

 * Troubleshoot Windows and macOS computers, Microsoft 365, smartphones, and common business applications

 * Diagnose and resolve issues involving routers, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP

 * Install and configure user workstations, devices, and software

 * Create, document, and update support tickets within the IT ticketing and CRM system

 * Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary

 * Deliver outstanding customer service while clearly communicating technical information to non-technical users
