## About the Role

Do you have experience in Sheet metal?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate Degree in Mechanical Design with 5-10 years of experience, * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in product development/manufacturing

 * Proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD
 * Experience with sheet metal design and flat pattern development
 * Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, and MRP systems
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to travel up to 15% domestically/internationally

Preferred Skills

 * Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
 * Ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment
 * Self-motivated with strong time management skills
 * Experience working with customers and vendors globally

## Description

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Development Engineer to lead product development projects from concept through production launch. This role works closely with engineering teams, manufacturing, and customers to develop high-quality, cost-effective products and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

 * Lead product design and development for assigned programs
 * Develop 3D models, BOMs, and engineering drawings
 * Support prototype, pilot, and production launch activities
 * Conduct problem solving and failure analysis (FEA, FMEA, DOE, DFMA)
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes
 * Participate in design reviews and customer meetings
 * Maintain engineering documentation and release changes
 * Provide technical support across departments
