This Jacksonville-based role is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being the expert customers rely on when something isn't working. This position is primarily service-focused (90% service / 10% install), giving you the opportunity to sharpen your troubleshooting skills across a wide range of systems - from legacy panels to modern smart security and access control platforms. Our techs are trusted to own their territory, make decisions in the field, and operate with autonomy. Additionally, you'll also play a key role in supporting team success by sharing knowledge and helping less experienced techs grow. This opportunity is ideal for a technician who prefers service and troubleshooting over heavy install work, enjoys working across a mix of modern and legacy systems, and wants the freedom to own their day and solve problems in the field.
