What You'll Do

 * Own and manage data reporting tools and dashboards used to track business performance
 * Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for operational use
 * Analyze data to identify performance trends, key metrics, and improvement opportunities
 * Partner with IT and cross functional teams to automate and enhance reporting solutions
 * Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
 * Identify gaps in reporting and recommend improvements to data accessibility
 * Support the design and rollout of Lean workflows and process improvement initiatives
 * Document reporting processes, dashboard logic, and data definitions
 * Provide data driven insights and recommendations to support performance improvements
 * Help standardize metrics and reporting structures across teams
