Works with infrastructure and development teams to automate systems and workflows. Studies and observes functioning systems, recording performance results, and developing techniques for improvement. Responsible for configuring operational priorities, determining project objectives, and developing operational solutions by designing, studying, estimating, and screening alternative options. Oversees and directs code release workflows and understands the software development lifecycle.
