## About the Role

* Experience supporting end users in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Desktop Support environment.
 * Hands-on experience with Windows devices, Microsoft technologies, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
 * Familiarity with device imaging, deployment, and endpoint management, with Intune experience strongly preferred.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
 * Experience supporting Mac devices or working in mixed Windows/Mac environments is a plus.

## Description

Our client is looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Technician who enjoys solving technical issues and delivering an outstanding support experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern endpoint technologies, provide hands-on IT support, and play a key role in keeping employees productive through responsive, high-quality service., * Resolve first-level service desk tickets, including password resets, VPN connectivity, printer issues, and wireless access requests using ServiceNow.

 * Prepare, image, configure, and deploy laptops and other endpoint devices, primarily within an Intune-managed environment.
 * Provide in-person technical support for conference room AV systems, executive equipment, and other hardware requiring onsite troubleshooting.
 * Diagnose and resolve common Microsoft environment issues, retrieve BitLocker recovery keys, and escalate more complex issues to specialized IT teams when appropriate.
 * Apply practical problem-solving skills to identify effective solutions, including adapting to changing hardware availability and user needs.
