What Sets You Apart: * Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. * Battery Management System (BMS), energy storage, high-voltage battery, or fuel cell development. * Familiarity with functional safety standards such as ISO 26262 or IEC 61508. * Embedded development using ARM Cortex processors, DSPs, or comparable microcontroller architectures. * MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, or model-based design tools. * Exposure to robotics, industrial automation, automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or other safety-critical industries. * Leadership in Agile software development environments and continuous improvement initiatives. ## Description We're looking for an Embedded Software Engineering Supervisor to lead a team developing firmware for advanced energy and motive power systems. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, supporting the development of Battery Management Systems (BMS), energy management systems, fuel cell controllers, and other embedded control platforms. You'll guide a team of engineers while partnering with electrical, mechanical, controls, and systems engineering to deliver reliable products from concept through production.
