Analyze program outcomes, trends, and performance indicators and communicate findings through reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations. Support the design and implementation of evaluation activities across multiple project areas. Conduct data collection, survey development and administration, data cleaning, analysis, interpretation, and reporting. Contribute to logic models, theories of change, work plans, and evaluation deliverables. * Support the design, development, and maintenance of databases and data tracking systems for project implementation and evaluation. Develop tools and processes that facilitate data sharing and decision-making among project staff and external partners. * Maintain documentation related to data sources, reporting specifications, analytic procedures, coding frameworks, and data management processes. Establish and monitor data quality assurance and validation procedures. * Assist with development and management of project work plans, timelines, Gantt charts, and evaluation deliverables. Monitor progress toward project goals and reporting deadlines. Participate in planning activities related to new project initiatives, scope changes, and evaluation requirements. * Train and mentor staff, graduate research assistants, and project personnel on analytic methods, data management procedures, and software tools. Provide guidance on data validation, reporting standards, and best practices. * Utilize platforms such as Airtable, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Excel, NVivo, and survey administration tools. Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and user-facing reporting tools.
