## Description

We are seeking a highly structured and hands-on Test Engineer to support the testing of a new product prototype in a lab environment. This role is critical to ensuring successful test execution, documentation, and communication during a fast-paced and high-pressure phase of our program. The successful candidate will assist a team of engineers focused on motor design and contribute to the launch readiness of our first-generation system.

Responsibilities

 + Execute testing of an existing battery-coupled heat pump prototype in a lab environment.

 + Develop, document, and maintain detailed test plans, procedures, and results.

 + Ensure test documentation is disciplined and updates are accurate and timely.

 + Track test progress, issues, and risks using Jira and related tools.

 + Communicate results, test feedback, and issues clearly to engineers and stakeholders.

 + Support and collaborate closely with a lead engineer focused on motor design.

 + Provide structured feedback on system behavior, issues, and anomalies.

 + Navigate ambiguity, tight schedules, and evolving requirements typical of an early-generation product launch., The role is based in a lab environment where you will work closely with cutting-edge test equipment and technologies. The position offers a long-term opportunity on a high-profile project, providing a critical support role at a pivotal moment.
