Working with the Lead Architect, you will provide strategic direction, technical expertise and operational oversight to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive innovation, foster a culture of excellence, and contribute to the long-term growth and success of Blackstone. As a senior team leader, you will be responsible for guiding and implementing key technical solutions across the AI/ML landscape, as well as mentoring more junior engineers., * Lead AI Platform development team, delivering shared AI/ML services, infrastructure and tooling. * Partner with Lead Architect to define and execute the vision for the AI Platform as well as Agent and Tool Support. * Deliver standardized, self-service platform capabilities aligned with security, risk and compliance expectations. * Contribute to the Platform Architecture function, defining reference architectures, standards and guardrails. * Partner with data, cloud, security, risk and application teams to ensure platform alignment and control. * Establish engineering standards for reliability, resilience, observability and controlled change. * Build, develop, and retain high-performing engineering talent., * Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or and client questions; * Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients; * Supervising or training securities licensed employees; * Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and * Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
