## Description

* Provides overall direction, oversight, and coaching for one or more teams of engineers building reusable frameworks, SDKs, and tools
 * Accountable for decisions that influence team resources, budget, and tactical operations, and for the execution of your team's book of work
 * Ensures successful collaboration across component teams, adopter teams across the enterprise, and partner organizations such as identity/access management and the platform onboarding teams
 * Identifies and mitigates issues to execute the book of work, escalating as necessary and anticipating dependencies on other functions
 * Provides input to leadership on budget, approach, and technical considerations to improve operational efficiency, security posture, and enterprise-wide adoption
 * Fosters a culture of secure-by-default, agent-native engineering and continuous learning in AI-era tooling
