This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager., * Create Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP.

 * Track project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
 * Coordinate project activities and communicate updates with team members and project teams.
 * Monitor project progress and assist with issue resolution to support successful project execution.
 * Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools.
 * Help with project planning, scheduling, and administrative support activities.
 * Use SharePoint and other systems to manage project information.
 * Support project managers with data collection, reporting, and budget tracking.
 * Participate in team meetings and provide project status updates.
