## About the Role

We're looking for engineers who are passionate about building exceptional software and enjoy solving technically challenging problems.

You'll ideally have:

 * 5+ years' commercial software engineering experience.
 * Strong experience developing applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
 * Commercial backend development experience using Java.
 * Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and WebSockets.
 * Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
 * Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
 * Experience using Git and modern development practices.
 * Python experience would be beneficial.
 * An interest in financial markets or trading technology would be advantageous.
