 * Write modular, reusable, and testable code while ensuring testing standards are met
 * Provide constructive code review feedback focusing on quality and coverage
 * Manage technical debt by proposing fixes and prioritizing work
 * Engage in product discovery to validate user needs with prototypes
 * Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless integration of systems
 * Set up basic observability for systems and resolve minor issues
 * Break down projects into tasks and drive them through to delivery
 * Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to drive improvements
 * Document technical processes and systems developed
 * Assist in the hiring process and mentor new team members
