For individuals licensed for more than two (2) years, the driving record will be reviewed for acceptability based on the past three (3) years. Additionally, employees required to drive as part of their job may need to successfully complete and pass an Elwyn Road Test before being authorized to drive. * Knowledge of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Pennsylvania Chapter 14 Regulations preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities * Must be able to perform CPR, and safety care using agency-trained protocols ## Description The Elwyn Early Learning Services (ELS) Instructional Support Coach provides coaching and consultative support to Preschool Early Intervention (EI), Early Childhood Education (ECE) personnel and families in the implementation of best practices to support the effective inclusion of eligible young children across all settings. The Instructional Support Coach provides guidance and coaching support in areas including, but not limited to, assessment, data collection, visual representation of data, positive behavior intervention and supports and other evidence-based practices (EBPs), as well as effective classroom, group and/or home management. The Instructional Support Coach provides targeted supports in the issuance of Preschool EI-specific assessments and supports programs and providers in implementing a positive, tiered approach to intervention to serve all eligible children in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) and to help children make progress.
