In this contract, Leidos assists with the underlying infrastructure, tools, and operational services used to build, deploy, secure, and run VA health applications. The Database Administrator will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise database environments that deliver high performance, availability, security, and scalability. This position provides technical expertise across AWS database platforms, including RDS, DocumentDB, and MongoDB, while supporting database optimization, backup and recovery, replication, high-availability architectures, and disaster recovery solutions. Working closely with cross-functional technical teams, the Database Administrator helps ensure reliable, resilient, and compliant database operations that support critical healthcare technology initiatives.
