## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) within an Engineering environment. The ideal candidate will support critical engineering applications, troubleshoot production issues, manage high-priority incidents, and ensure application availability while following ITIL best practices.

The candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Engineering/CAD applications along with Microsoft productivity tools and possess excellent troubleshooting and communication skills., Mandatory

 * 5+ years of Application Support (AMS) experience
 * Engineering Application Support experience
 * Production Support
 * ServiceNow ITSM / Service Desk
 * P1/P2 Incident Management
 * ITIL Framework
 * Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
 * Strong troubleshooting skills

Candidate should have experience with at least 4 of the following:

 * Bluebeam
 * Adobe Suite
 * Microsoft Office
 * Autodesk Applications
 * Bentley Applications
 * SQL (Basic)
 * CAD Applications
 * HQMS
 * Clarity

Preferred Skills

 * Hybrid Cloud troubleshooting
 * Engineering/Construction domain experience
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment
 * Experience working in rotational or second shift support

## Description

* Provide Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) for engineering applications.
 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot engineering software.
 * Support Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, Autodesk, Bentley and related applications.
 * Handle Production Support activities and resolve application issues.
 * Manage P1/P2 production incidents and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
 * Follow ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
 * Perform application monitoring, issue tracking, and reporting using ITSM tools.
 * Troubleshoot application, SQL/database, and hybrid cloud related issues.
 * Coordinate with infrastructure and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
 * Provide excellent end-user support and communicate technical issues in simple business language.
 * Participate in after-hours/on-call support for critical production issues.
