U.S. Navy and/or NAVWAR Command Control Computer Communications and Intelligence (C4I) background related to shore installation upgrades. * Experience with Naval Information Warfare Command (NAVWAR) SYSCOM PEO Integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER). * Familiarity with Shore Installation Process Handbook and NAVWAR IRD Standard, and FRCB process. * Familiarity with networking diagrams, concepts, and components. * Familiarity with AutoCAD Dynamic Blocks and Attributes. * Requires organization skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas visually. * Ability to apply basic math skills to compute scaling and formulas. * Ability to read, understand and interpret technical documents. * Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills. * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated problem-solving skills. * Must possess strong time management skills. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment. * Travel Required ~10% travel required. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. This position is located in Charleston, SC.
