* 3+ years' commercial Software Engineering experience - Strong coding, debugging and software engineering skills.
 * Strong Python development skills.
 * Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning and NLP.
 * Commercial experience working with LLMs.
 * Experience with LangChain.
 * Experience building, training or fine-tuning AI/ML models.
 * Strong AWS experience.
 * Experience with Terraform - AWS CDK.
 * Experience delivering production AI solutions (not academic or personal projects).
 * Ability to understand and explain AI-generated code.
