Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # SAP Program Manager, Alcon - **Company:** Infosys - **Location:** Fort Worth, TX, United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** SAP Cloud, Business Analytics Applications, Data Migration, RAID, IT Management, Scrum Methodology, SAP (Applications), SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse, RISE with SAP, SAP Business Technology Platform, Sap Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, GXP - **Published:** August 1, 2026 - **Apply:** https://sjobs.brassring.com/TGnewUI/Search/home/HomeWithPreLoad?partnerid=25633&siteid=5439&PageType=JobDetails&jobid=2248827 ## About the Role * SAP delivery and program management experience. * Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion programs * Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA conversion concepts including Readiness Check, Simplification Items, Business Partner (CVI), Custom Code Remediation, Fiori, and Security transformation. * Strong program governance, financial management, RAID management, and executive reporting experience * Experience leading large global cross functional teams across onsite, offshore, client, and partner organizations. * Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and IT leadership. * Experience managing client workshops, remediation/development, testing, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities. * Strong knowledge of SAP integration landscapes, data migration, reconciliation, and deployment governance * Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or other regulated industries. * Knowledge of GxP, CSV, SOX, FDA, and compliance-driven delivery environments, * PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent project management certification. * Experience with SAP RISE and SAP Cloud transformation programs. * Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, BW/4HANA, SAC, Embedded Analytics * Experience leading global large-scale ERP transformations. * Experience managing multi-vendor and system integrator ecosystems within large transformation programs. * Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and hybrid Agile delivery models, * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
