This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering and is responsible for designing integration solutions, accelerating onboarding, and ensuring partners fully leverage our API, webhook, and identity infrastructure. You will work with enterprise and institutional partners from technical discovery through integration and early scale as a trusted technical advisor. You will work directly with partners to ensure implementations are robust and scalable. Your core responsibilities will include: * Designing and documenting integration architectures, workflows, and data exchanges. * Guiding partners through implementation using clear technical best practices. * Proactively mitigating integration risks to accelerate onboarding and troubleshoot complex issues during implementation and early production. Over time, you will help build more scalable onboarding infrastructure - including documentation, integration templates, and reusable patterns - to enable efficient, repeatable partner launches.
