 * Experience managing applications in enterprise Linux environments
 * Knowledge of system security, patching, and compliance frameworks
 * Bachelor's degree
 * Relevant certification (e.g., Security+, CASP+, CCSP, etc.), * Experience with Posit (RStudio) platforms - Workbench, Connect, Package Manager
 * Experience with Jupyter, VS Code, or similar IDEs
 * Exposure to Kubernetes or containerized environments
 * Experience with automation/scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible)
 * Familiarity with cloud or virtual environments (Azure, VMware, Hyper-V)
 * Knowledge of authentication systems (LDAP, Active Directory, SSO)

## Description

* Install, configure, and maintain data science platforms including Posit Workbench, Connect, and Package Manager
 * Manage Linux-based systems (patching, performance tuning, system optimization)
 * Support R and Python environments, including package and dependency management
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to data scientists and developers
 * Ensure system security and compliance (STIGs/SRGs, vulnerability scanning tools)
 * Monitor system performance, manage user access, and support backup/recovery processes
