## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree
 * Active TS/SCI with Poly required
 * 3+ years' experience in Tableau development or data visualization
 * 1+ years' of experience in the following areas: Analytics - Data Visualization, Dashboard Design, Data Analytics & Modeling, Functional Requirements Development
 * 1+ years' experience in Tableau and integrating it with various data sources.
 * Ability to work onsite daily at the client site in Chantilly, VA.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
 * Ability to travel 15-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve.

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
 * Optimize existing Tableau dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
 * Maintain comprehensive documentation for Tableau solutions, including data sources, models, and business logic.
 * Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users for dashboard utilization.
 * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all Tableau solutions.
