Must Have Skills

 * Extensive hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot.
 * Strong experience designing and developing applications using Microservices Architecture.
 * Proven expertise in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise application development.
 * Experience with AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
 * Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.
 * Strong knowledge of Cassandra or other large-scale distributed databases.
 * Develops secure, scalable, and high-quality production code; reviews and debugs code written by others.
 * Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations/processes.
 * Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have Skills

 * Experience with Shell Scripting and Unix/Linux systems.
 * Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud infrastructure management.
 * Familiarity with modern LLM/Generative AI techniques and practical solution development using Azure OpenAI.
 * Experience with monitoring and observability tools in cloud-native environments., * Formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts with 7+ years of applied experience.
 * Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
 * Strong experience building and supporting highly available, distributed, cloud-native applications.
 * Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across multiple technology teams.
