 * Bij voorkeur 1 à 2 jaar ervaring binnen Business Analyse, AI, Digital Transformation of Process Improvement.
 * Interesse of ervaring in AI Governance, AI Adoption of procesoptimalisatie.
 * Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; je krijgt energie van workshops, stakeholdermanagement en het begeleiden van verandering.

## Description

Als AI Business Analyst help je de organisatie om artificiële intelligentie op een veilige, efficiënte en doordachte manier te integreren in de dagelijkse werking.

Je brengt opportuniteiten in kaart, begeleidt afdelingen bij de adoptie van AI-oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe initiatieven aansluiten bij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen én de internationale richtlijnen.

Daarnaast vertegenwoordig je de Belgische organisatie binnen internationale AI-projecten en werk je actief mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van AI-oplossingen op groepsniveau.

* Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en identificeert opportuniteiten waar AI een meerwaarde kan creëren.
 * Je organiseert workshops en interviews met verschillende afdelingen om noden, uitdagingen en use cases in kaart te brengen.
 * Je vertaalt business requirements naar concrete AI-initiatieven en begeleidt de implementatie ervan.
 * Je ondersteunt de uitrol van Microsoft AI-oplossingen zoals Microsoft Copilot en andere Microsoft 365-functionaliteiten.
 * Je waakt over AI-governance, risicoanalyse, compliance en de correcte toepassing van AI binnen de organisatie.
 * Je vertegenwoordigt de Belgische organisatie binnen internationale AI-projecten en werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende landen aan nieuwe oplossingen, testen en verbetertrajecten.
