## Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst for a 4-month project supporting the setup of a new Partnership Office focused on performance management. The role is based in Brussels in a hybrid model, with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible., * Set up SLAs/KPIs documented in the partnership agreement to monitor the performance of outsourced Client Service Center activities.

 * Define new SLAs/KPIs where applicable.
 * Identify relevant data to support the setup of SLAs/KPIs.
 * Gather, transform, and analyse raw data using sourcing techniques.
 * Define and negotiate targets.
 * Define the weights related to SLAs/KPIs.
 * Organize and drive the activities independently to deliver on time.
 * Challenge reporting figures to ensure data quality.
 * Set up a dashboard to monitor the correctness of reported figures.
 * Identify trends in poor performance and discuss them with domain experts.
 * Discuss root causes and potential remediations.
 * Act as the performance contact person between stakeholders and within the team.
 * Ensure relevant, user-friendly performance dashboards are provided.
 * Set up a volume forecasting system integrating future changes to enable capacity planning.
