## About the Role

De formation Bac +3/+4, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 années minimum sur un poste de technicien confirmé ou ingénieur réseaux en informatique. (installation / support réseau)
Vous êtes autonome, capable d'initiatives, à l'aise face au client et capable de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle. Bonne gestion du stress
Compréhension des réseaux : IP, Wifi, VPN, switching et maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation Windows et Linux.
Bonne maîtrise des systèmes d'information et systèmes réseaux.

## Description

Supervision du bon fonctionnement des équipements et matériels via les outils

 - Vérification du bon paramétrage des solutions
 - Prise de contact avec le client et prise en main à distance si besoin
 - Intervention physique sur site en cas de besoin
 - Vérification de la bonne réception des flux, et selon le process en vigueur (nombre, ordre, ...)
 - Maintien en condition opérationnelle
 - Support téléphonique continu vis-à-vis du client
 - Remplissage des fiches d'interventions propres à chaque site
 - Résolution des problèmes rencontrés par le client

Le poste est basé à Montpellier. Un week-end sur deux est travaillé (13h-22h) en télétravail (home office) puis récupéré.
Vous serez en relation avec des clients ou prestataire à l'international. vous maîtrisez donc l'anglais.
