What We're Looking ForQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in a model build-focused role, ideally within advisory, transactions or consultingAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with a track record of building complex, bespoke modelsExposure to Power BI, Power Query, SQL, VBA or Python advantageous, though not essentialStrong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to structure and solve ambiguous modelling challengesExcellent written and verbal communication - able to explain complex modelling concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProven experience managing stakeholders and leading engagements or workstreamsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

## Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a day-to-day client contact, supporting senior team members in managing relationshipsLead and support delivery of financial and operational model build engagements across a variety of sectorsManage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to agreed timelines and quality standardsTake ownership of the design and build of complex financial modelsOversee and review junior team members' work, providing guidance and ensuring best practice is followedDeliver clear, actionable insights and present findings to clients where requiredProvide value-adding recommendations on client forecasting, planning and decision-makingSupport the training and development of junior colleagues in modelling technique and approachContribute to proposals, scoping and pitch materials where requiredApply and promote financial modelling best practice - structured design, auditability and transparency - across all deliverables
