## Description

Our client is partnering with a leading windscreen replacement service to deliver expert remote support for advanced driver assistance systems. As a Remote Technical Support Specialist, you will help ensure vehicle forward-facing cameras are correctly calibrated after windscreen replacement. Your work enables systems like lane-keeping assist, speed sign recognition, and emergency braking to function safely.

This is a computer-based, remote role-you do not need to be a qualified vehicle technician. A general interest or basic understanding of vehicles is helpful, but your main focus will be providing technical and customer support via remote connection tools.

Key Responsibilities

 * Connect remotely to vehicles using specialist tooling to perform ADAS camera calibration
 * Provide high-quality support to customers and service agents
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure proper system configuration
 * Document cases and update ticketing systems accurately
 * Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient workflow and resolve complex problems
