Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Software Test Manager - **Company:** Randox - **Location:** Antrim, UK - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Testing (Software), JIRA, Automation of Tests, Microsoft Azure, Bug Tracking Systems, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, Ranorex, Regression Testing, Software Tools, Selenium, Software Engineering, Software Project Management, Software Requirements Analysis, Strategies of Testing, Playwright, Programming Languages - **Published:** August 3, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.getgotjobs.co.uk/jobDetails/b834eccf-712b-453c-ae4e-d415b23c394c ## About the Role * Qualified to degree level in a software related discipline. * Minimum of 5 years' experience working within a Software Test environment. * Previous software management experience. * Excellent knowledge of software lifecycle and verification processes, including requirements-to-test traceability, risk-control verification, regression testing and documented objective evidence. * Experience working to strict deadlines. * Strong knowledge of both manual and automated software testing., * Experience working in in a regulated environment. * Experience using ALM/PLM tools to track, trace and deliver the testing of Software Requirements * Experience in the use of bug tracking software such as SpiraPlan, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Zephyr * Experience in the use of automated test software tools such as Ranorex, Playwright, Selenium, Test Complete * Ability to develop source code/scripts with at least one programming language. * Knowledge of IEC 62304 software lifecycle, ISO 14971 risk management, ISO 13485 quality systems and IEC 62366-1 usability engineering or comparable standards for other regulated sectors. ## Description Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, either 5 days, 8.40am to 5.20pm or 4 days 6.40am to 5.20pm. What does this role involve? This role is responsible for the verification of software of engineering products, as well the supervision of the software testing team.
