Trips is looking for a Senior Manager of Analytics & Data Science Insights to lead a team of data scientists and analysts to help continue data driven decision making in the domain. This role will be responsible for the oversight of the quality of analysis, insights and experimentation for this domain. This Role will also sit on the Trips Data & DSnA leadership team and report to the Director of Data As a manager of managers you will develop a broad data science strategy for your teams, across a data product portfolio with high
technical and organisational complexity. You are accountable for the craft excellence in your teams' delivery, aligned with company-wide DS&A requirements. You create outsized business impact through craft-based synergies among your various teams. You are a champion of your team members' personal development and career growth.
