## About the Role

change control, and coordinate with external Odoo partners for complex customisations. Partner with operations, finance, sales and warehouse teams to translate business needs into working technical solutions. Skills and Requirements Strong hands-on Odoo experience: configuration, modules, and ideally some customisation. Solid integration experience: REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping between systems. Automation platforms: n8n, Zapier, Make or similar, with a genuine automation-first mindset. Scripting for data and automation, for example Python, and working SQL for reporting and troubleshooting. Data and reporting: building dashboards and maintaining data quality across systems. Comfort across business applications and e-commerce, such as Shopify, finance systems, CRM and courier integrations. A problem-solving mindset, able to spot friction in a process and remove it. Strong communication, able to work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Around 3 to 5 or more years in business systems, application engineering, automation or a similar technical role.
Preferred Experience scaling systems in a fast-growing, multi-entity or multi-market business. Experience with AI tooling for process automation. Web and data operations background. Healthcare, pharmacy or other regulated environment exposure. Understanding of IT security, user access management and data privacy.
