Desirable: * Information / Records Management qualifications (e.g. archives, information science, records management) * Digital or data-related training, particularly where roles span SharePoint, collaboration platforms, or content migration * Project or change management training, where KIM roles support migrations or behavioural change Personal Qualities: * Takes ownership, shows confidence in decision-making, and is willing to challenge constructively * Focuses on delivering meaningful outcomes and making a positive, lasting impact * Works collaboratively, valuing different perspectives and building inclusive relationships * Proactive and adaptable, with a curiosity to explore new ideas and improve ways of working * Resilient and resourceful in a fast-paced environment What We Offer ## Description This is an exciting time to join Great British Energy as it is a new organisation operating in a 'start-up' environment. The post-holder will help build the compliance function at GBE. The role of Knowledge and Information Manager will involve the development and delivery of information governance plans and solutions that fit the needs of the organisation now and into the future. Great British Energy is looking for a Knowledge Information Manager to join our GBE Team.
