You might be early in your IT career or looking to build on existing knowledge. * An interest in IT, whether through study, work experience, or self-learning * Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 * Confidence working with IT hardware, or a willingness to learn * Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach * A practical, solution-focused mindset with good attention to detail * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Reliability and availability to work on-site in Egham * Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role * Exposure to Active Directory or device builds * Any relevant IT qualifications or certifications ## Description We're looking for a proactive and people-focused IT Support Technician to join our growing team at 4th Dimension Innovation.
