You'll have experience in software implementation or technical consultancy and be confident leading customer projects.

You'll also bring:

 * Experience delivering software or SaaS implementations
 * Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
 * Technical skills in SQL, JavaScript or PowerShell
 * Experience with APIs, integrations or system deployments
 * ERP integration experience is highly desirable

## Description

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll lead software implementations from design through to go-live, manage project delivery, and provide post-implementation support. You'll work closely with customers, internal teams and third-party ERP providers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end software implementation projects
 * Manage project plans, milestones, risks and stakeholder communications
 * Deliver integrations with ERP systems such as Sage, NetSuite, SAP and MRI
 * Work with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions
 * Coordinate internal teams, customers and third-party partners
 * Provide 2nd line support, upgrades and system migrations
 * Drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement
