## Description

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to shape meaningful systems, influence technical direction, and collaborate with capable people who care about doing the job properly. In this role, you will join two sister teams working on one of our most mission focused projects, directly developing a suite of business critical systems and solutions that make a tangible impact.

You'll help design modern cloud native services, elevate engineering standards, and tackle genuinely challenging problems alongside our clients.

 * Build for Impact: Design and deliver secure, scalable software within small, agile, high performing teams.
 * Stay Hands-On: Balance writing quality code with shaping overall architecture and technical strategy.
 * Lead by Example: Set modern engineering standards, champion best practices (CI/CD, DevSecOps), and mentor teammates.
 * Solve Real World Problems: Work directly with customers to untangle complex requirements and deliver high value solutions.
