We're looking for a Delivery Consultant to support a major national logistics client in Bath. You'll be the main point of contact for employees onsite, helping to keep operations running smoothly while ensuring people feel supported, engaged and valued.

What you'll be doing

 * Acting as the main onsite contact for employees and providing day-to-day support.

 * Building strong relationships to drive engagement, wellbeing and retention.

 * Managing attendance, welfare concerns and return-to-work conversations.

 * Supporting onboarding and site inductions for new starters.

 * Working closely with recruitment teams to maintain workforce levels.

 * Supporting payroll administration and maintaining accurate records.

 * Producing basic reports on attendance, retention and workforce performance.

 * Ensuring compliance with company and client processes., licence checks, shift patterns).Client Engagement & Operational SupportMaintain strong relationships with Managers and site leadership.Provide updates on workforce sentiment, risk areas and operational pressures.Escalate wellbeing and safety concerns.Contribute to continuous improvement and consistent service delivery.Administration & ReportingSupport payroll accuracy and timely submission.Maintain accurate workforce and ER records.Produce basic MI on attendance, performance and retention.Ensure compliance with client processes and safety standards.
