## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer or Senior Software Engineer with leadership responsibilities
 * Strong software engineering and system design background
 * Experience delivering enterprise applications using AWS, Azure or GCP
 * Strong engineering experience with technologies such as Python, SQL, Java, .NET or JavaScript
 * Experience working with modern enterprise data technologies such as Snowflake and/or Databricks
 * Good understanding of enterprise data platforms, data architecture, on-premise lakehouse architectures and enterprise systems
 * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and modern testing practices
 * Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban)
 * Experience adopting AI tools within software engineering environments to improve delivery, quality and developer productivity
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client-facing skills

What you'll be doing as a Technical Lead

 * Leading the technical delivery of complex, enterprise-scale cloud solutions
 * Acting as the technical authority across architecture, engineering, solution design and delivery
 * Providing hands-on technical leadership while mentoring engineering teams and promoting engineering best practices
 * Working closely with clients to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions
 * Driving continuous improvement across the full software delivery lifecycle
 * Championing modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted software development, automation and productivity improvements
 * Supporting the delivery of data-intensive platforms and enterprise technology solutions
