* Proven experience delivering complex ERP transformation programmes.
 * Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders and suppliers.
 * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing organisational change.
 * Skilled in programme governance, reporting, risk management, and benefits tracking.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Experience

 * SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms.
 * Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects.
 * Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana or equivalent.
 * Cloud technologies, data management, and information security environments.

## Description

We're supporting a large public sector organisation seeking an experienced ERP Programme Manager for 6 months to lead the delivery of a major ERP transformation programme across Finance, HR, Payroll and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities

 * Drive day-to-day delivery of a large-scale ERP implementation.
 * Manage programme plans, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, and governance.
 * Coordinate suppliers, implementation partners, and internal stakeholder teams.
 * Lead testing, migration, training, business readiness, and cutover activities.
 * Monitor programme performance, benefits realisation, and forecast spend.
 * Produce high-quality reporting and support Programme Board decision-making.
 * Ensure compliance with governance, security, audit, and project management standards.
