## Description

As a People Reporting & Analytics Data Partner, you will be responsible for delivering insightful people metrics, dashboards and analysis that support strategic workforce planning and business performance. You will work closely with HR leaders and senior stakeholders, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making across the organisation., * Develop and deliver people analytics reports to support HR and business strategies.

 * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
 * Maintain and improve data quality and integrity within HR systems.
 * Support the implementation of analytics tools and dashboards for key metrics tracking.
 * Identify trends and provide recommendations to address workforce challenges.
 * Work closely with teams across the business to ensure data alignment and consistency.
 * Help shape the organisation's people analytics strategy and processes.
 * Provide training and guidance to HR teams on interpreting and using analytics effectively.
