 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft 365, Exchange Online und Microsoft Intune
 * Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Routing, Firewalling und Subnetting
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Cisco Meraki
 * Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Analytisches Denken sowie Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen pragmatisch zu lösen
 * Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterung für moderne Cloud-Technologien
 * Führerschein der Klasse B

* Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Azure-Cloud- und Modern-Workplace-Umgebung
 * Betreuung zentraler Microsoft-Technologien wie Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune und Azure Virtual Desktop
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs durch Monitoring, Backup-, Recovery- und Patchmanagement
 * Weiterentwicklung unserer Netzwerklandschaft auf Basis von Cisco Meraki sowie Unterstützung bei Security- und Compliance-Themen
 * Automatisierung und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen, um den Arbeitsalltag effizienter und zukunftsorientierter zu gestalten
 * Aktive Mitarbeit an spannenden IT-Projekten und die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen und technische Lösungen einzubringen
