 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse in SAP wünschenswert, Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in interne CRM- und Ticketsysteme

## Description

* Annahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen im technischen First-Level Support
 * Erfassung, Klassifizierung und Priorisierung von Serviceanfragen im Ticketsystem
 * Fachliche Erstbewertung und Koordination von Supportfällen mit den zuständigen Fachbereiche
 * Koordination der Kommunikation zwischen Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Maschinendaten im CRM- und Ticketsystem
