## Description

Als Kaufmann/-frau für Digitalisierungsmanagement (m/w/d) gestaltest du die digitale Weiterentwicklung von PWM aktiv mit. Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung und Optimierung unserer zentralen Unternehmensanwendungen wie ERP, CRM und Zeiterfassung. Dabei bist du Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter wenn Fragen zur Nutzung von Softwarelösungen entstehen, analysierst Anforderungen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungen.

 * Kennenlernen unserer Geschäftsprozesse und Fachabteilungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen
 * Mitarbeit bei Softwaretests und Qualitätssicherung
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen
 * Austausch mit Softwarepartnern und Herstellern
 * Begleitung neuer Funktionen und Softwarelösungen
 * Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Optimierung digitaler Prozesse
 * Eigenständige Bearbeitung kleinerer Projekte und Aufgabenbereiche
