* Prozessoptimierung & Implementierung: Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Geschäftsprozesse und Workflows im DMS- und CRM-Umfeld
 * Projektverantwortung: (Teil-)Leitung von Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
 * Knowledge Transfer: Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und Schulungen
 * Schnittstellenkonzeption: Entwurf und Spezifikation von technischen Schnittstellen.
 * Application Management: Betreuung der Systeme inklusive Fehleranalysen, Updates und Support
