 * Optimierung und Betrieb von Terminalserver- und Remote-Desktop-Umgebungen
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung anspruchsvoller Störungen im Client- und Serverumfeld
 * Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Tickets mit Fokus auf langfristige Lösungen
