 * Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams und im Stakeholder-Management auf Management- und C-Level.
 * Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln.
 * Freude daran, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen, Geschäft weiterzuentwickeln und neue Themen zu gestalten.
 * Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und den Anspruch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
